Oh denim, how we love you. Lately it's all about shredded jeans. The weather in LA has been so hot and cold, literally. One week it's in the high 80's and the next hello fall again. One thing we're not confused about is our love for this trend. With warm weather here to stay soon, take an old pair of jeans from your closet and create your own custom pair of ripped denim. Get wild, there are no rules here. Grab your scissors and get cutting. If you prefer to buy ripped, shop it here.

Sheer Trend Alert: Fall 2014
We know it's hard to even think about your fall wardrobe with summer just around the corner but you know what they say, it's better to be prepared and we couldn't agree more. Here's a little peek at what you should expect to see.
"The Illusionist"
From daring starlets right off the runway, designers like Donna Karen and Nina Ricci went bold and SHEER for Fall 2014. Subtle and not so subtle floor length gowns hugged the body tight to create the illusion that the barely there fabric had been tastefully glued onto the models figure. Although the style can be limiting to red carpet events and nights you want to be the star of the show, we absolutely love this trend and give it two thumbs up. One way to tweak it is to skip the full body exposure and select either your upper or lower half to go sheer. Now if we could only find somewhere to bare it all to!

Launch Party Goodness
This past weekend while everyone was getting dirty and dusty in the sand storm that was known as Coachella, we were basking in the gorgeous sun at our launch party collaboration event with Poolside Store. Tequila, healthy juices, delicious snacks, and shopping is all a girl needs for a happy Saturday. Not to mention the views of the Hollywood Hills was absolutely stunning. Our jewelry paired with the boho chic style from Poolside Store was the perfect combination for the California babes that attended.
Until the next one!
Thank you to the Hollywood Reporter for coming out!
Food catered by Manchego restaurant in Santa Monica.

Muse Monday
We came across these stunning photos and just had to share them with you! The combination of effortless beauty combined with simplistic styling and hints of bold jewelry make the shots perfection. Bold jewelry can be a powerful statement, it's usually best to keep your look simple when wearing a statement piece. Mix up chunky necklaces in your jewelry box with a basic button down for a casual-chic look like this one.
Happy Monday!
