A Taste Of Temecula

I've been on a wine tasting kick recently. Just a few weeks ago I posted some photos from a wine tasting trip to Santa Barbara. This past weekend I decided to give the wineries in Temecula a try. From baked brie, gelato, and pretty scenery, Temecula has basically got it all covered. By the time I made a pit stop for the baked brie they were all sold out, knew I should have gone earlier. Needless to say, I'll probably be back soon. For the baked brie and more tasting of course. There's still a ton of wineries I didn't have a chance to stop at.

Outfit - comfy boots (s.madden), shorts (urban outfitters), and a big bag (botkier) to toss everything in - check.

These boots are made for walking! After hours of site seeing and standing at tasting rooms, I'm officially addicted to these booties. Cute and super comfortable.

 Only one of these were mine, the rest were left at the table... made for a good shot.

Lost In Transit

After more than a month from the order date, a route disruption from hurricane Irene, and being shipped back to the manufacturer then finally to me, these Jessica Simpson's have finally made it to my hands! Although I might not get much use out of them right away with the season change and all, I'm sure I'll manage to work them in on a warm sunny day every now and then. These will keep me looking forward to Springs' arrival. Oh how I love new shoes.

I'm actually really loving Dragonfly and these J.Simpsons paired together. What do you think?

New Vintage Treasures!

It's always so much fun hunting for new vintage treasures. This past weekend I picked up these amazing pieces. I've been searching for a really great bag to add to the collection, and found this one at the very end of my trip! All of these goodies will be up and available for purchases in just a few days! Rebirth Of The Birthday Skirt

I just got these Vince Camuto cobalt and brown suede shoes and I'm in love with them already. I've worn them twice so far. Both times for a few hours and not only do they make an outfit, the best part is they're comfortable too. I wore the ivory skirt for my birthday and thought it was time to bring it out again. I love that I can wear it with ease during the day and with a quick top change for night, it makes a perfect transition. Not to mention it has somewhat of a vintage-esque, Madonna feel.

London Style Flashback

Take a look back at the last 100 years of London style, we all love to reminisce. It's fun looking at the similarities of vintage and modern fashion. With just a few tweaks, it all kind of blends in.

American Native

First off, excuse the pixelated photos (the last one in particular which I posted simply for the nail polish, read on). I took a few quick shots in a very dark setting on a not so good camera. Sometimes you just have to improvise. 

I'm usually modest about showing my belly, but lately I like pairing crop tops with high waisted bottoms. It shows just the right amount of skin without being obnoxious. American Apparel is always a good 'go to' when you need something cropped or high waisted. 

Now on to the nail polish. I've worn this color for about 2 weeks straight, odd for me since I usually switch up my color every few days or so. It's called Mint by Revlon and I highly recommend to all. So far it has matched all my outfits.

Item Of The Day: Posh Princess

Posh Princess, posh they are! Octagon shaped, vintage gold metal studs with a light pink jewel in the center. They're so simple yet chic enough to make an outfit really pop. Victoria Beckham would be proud.
